About Stocktag

By Stocktag Editorial Team · Last reviewed 2026-07-30

Stocktag is a web-based metadata workspace for stock contributors who need to create, review, and export titles, descriptions, and keywords without losing control of the final submission.

What Stocktag is built to do

The product brings metadata generation, keyword cleanup, marketplace-aware review, and CSV or XMP export into one workflow. It supports photos, illustrations, vectors, and selected video workflows.

Stocktag is designed to assist a contributor’s review process. It does not replace marketplace moderation, licensing checks, release requirements, or the contributor’s responsibility for an accurate submission.

Who the product serves

Stocktag is intended for independent contributors, studios, and production teams that prepare assets for marketplaces such as Adobe Stock, Shutterstock, Getty Images, and iStock.

Public tool pages focus on a single search intent, while Metadata Studio connects those tasks into a repeatable production workflow.

How public information is maintained

Product documentation is maintained by the Stocktag Editorial Team. Comparison claims are linked to public sources, material content changes receive a real revision date, and corrections are recorded when they affect a reader’s decision.

Stocktag does not publish an individual author profile, company registration detail, or physical address unless that information has been verified for public use.
